Ghana may not have a lot of internet users with the same magnitude as countries like the USA or China where we already have success stories and so one way you can make more money as a blogger is by targeting a much larger audience such as Africa or the rest of the world and not just Ghana. So tilting your blog occasionally to popular keywords such as ipad, nokia, telecommunication gadgets and how to do social stuff are good traffic bringers.

Also making your content unique and helpful to users can help you get return traffic and more respect by search engines. The more traffic your blog has, the more money it makes.

Blogging periodically should also improve your blog's success and the more content you have, the more you gain authority in your niche.
