One good thing about Google adsense now in Ghana is that they now pay by means of Western Union. What this means is that if you are able to earn at least $100 or 70 euros in any given month, you will be paid before the end of the following month much quicker with Western Union. So no more long waits for foreign checks to clear, no need for a USD account and so on.

What is Google adsense really? It is one of the easiest and reliable way to make money online and it is for web publishers who have useful web content that brings in traffic.

How does Google adsense work?
Well adsense is a publishing network that has a lot of internet publishers signed up. The publisher then collects his code from Google, pastes on his website and they now show up as adverts which earn the publisher money by clicks and impressions. So when people click on those Google ads or valid impressios are made by visitors, they earn the publisher money. The amount of money an adsense publisher may be as low as $0.10 per click or more. So more clicks and impressions bring in more income for the publisher

How to become and adsense publisher
First of all you need to have a website of your own where you must have published a couple of writings or blog posts. It should bring in good traffic which advertisers want and it should be appealing to them. Then you sign up as an adsense publisher with Google, if approved, you start to make money from the programme.

How does one get paid with Google adsense?
It's simple. Your earnings should accumulated monthly and for every month that it reaches the minimum payment level of about 70 euros, you will be paid the following month by cheque or Western Union.

Tips for increasing your Google adsense income in Ghana
- Do niche blogging
- Increase your website content
- Content is king. The more you publish, the more money it brings.
- Submit your site to Google using webmaster service
- Work on highly trafficked keywords to bring in more traffic
- Make it easy for visitors to subscribe by email
- Make use of social networking to bring in more traffic eg. Twitter, Facebook and so on.
- Think beyond Ghana cyberspace. Try to get traffic from all over Africa and the world.

Hi i tried to open an account with my website and in the form i was asked about a phone number i entered my number and it kept saying number invalid what should i do? Is there a particular number they want? I need your response. Thank for your time and consideration.

please I want to create a website but currently I know nothing about HTML and other codings But I want to learn it.

How much can I earn from my website? How much traffic do I need to get to that amount? and what should I do to be successful online since I have no other work doing? and can I open a legitimate paypal account in Ghana?

Wow. Too many questions in just one post.

1. If you know nothing about HTML, you can just use a template based website or blog platform like blogger.com. Sign up with a Google account and you'd be able to create a website of your own in as little as 5 mintues

2. You can earn as much as $500 a month if your work hard. You might need to make about 1000 good quality blog posts first though.

3. As for having a Paypal account in Ghana, you can open one with a US address and ip address. I don't however advise getting a Paypal account yet if you are not going to make big money with Paypal yet. There are many other ways to make money online in Ghana even without Paypal. Being an adsense publisher is one of them.
